- UK Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- International Returns: You can return items within 14 days as well, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, used, or altered. Custom orders are non-returnable.
