We offer global shipping! Our primary location is in the UK, but we ship to most countries around the world. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

  • UK Orders: Typically 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
  • Europe Orders: Delivery times vary based on your location. Between 7-14 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times varies Between 12-14 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

No, we do not offer expedited shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Please check the available options during checkout.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • UK Returns: We accept returns within 7  working days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • International Returns: You can return items within 14 working days as well, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. 

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the contact us form or send us a mail at herhairbang@gmail.com to initiate a return
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the wig in its original packaging and condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
