Return & Refund Policy
1. You could return the item to us for a refund within 14 days after you have received the item. Please ensure to wear a wig cap when fitting your new wig. We only accept returned item in its original new condition with the product tag attached or the WIF card enclosed, and it must be put back in the original packaging bag. Pre-trimmed lace on request from the customer would not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Anything missing from the returned package or any used items will not be eligible for refund. This includes, product that have perfume or fragrance on it. Made-to-order item, such as braided wigs and customized item (i.e. color, style, fitting) are not accepted for any return and refund
3. A refund will be made after we have received the item, inspected its condition, and confirmed that the returned item has not been used, lace trimmed, combed or worn.
4. You may choose to get a refund or store credit for your returned item. Shipping cost is non-refundable in both options. There will be a 20% RESTOCKING & HANDLING FEE of the returned item price for any refund. Alternatively, you may choose to get store credit (equivalent to the price of your returned item) to be used for future order(s) which will not result in any restocking and handling fee.
5. Customers will be responsible to pay for the postage to return the item.
6. We do not offer any exchange of items.
7. If you want to return your item, you must first fill out and submit this form prior to sending your item. We will then provide a return address to you as our return address is different from the address shown on your received package. We cannot guarantee a refund without submitting this form.
